1. When earbuds or headphones are connected to two devices, you can use the app to toggle between those devices as the primary audio source, but it doesn't work well and often gets stuck and quits working. The app is sluggish, prone to errors.
2. I am disappointed, because the associated hardware is good, but I cannot excuse an extremely poor and inconvenient software experience when there are no alternatives.I have to restart my phone to use this app every time I remove them from the case.
3. All current functions could be enabled all at the same time using both ears with taps and holds so just let me always control volume, playback, and ambient sound. The "Information" page that comes up every time the app is launched makes the app very inconvenient to use.
4. If not fixed, would WH/WF-1000 series continue as premier earbuds? Sony's sound is unmatched though. The app has some nice features, but it's pretty clunky to use and some features require location access and registering for a Sony account.
5. Certain features, like reconnecting to the source audio between two paired devices (e.g., phone and computer), are inconsistent.
6. also, notification sounds from text messages app don't play about 75% of the time when it is connected to two devices, which greatly affects my work.
7. Also, it would be nice if they could play audio from 2 devices simultaneously, because the 2 device connect is a little bit buggy.Functional but still limited in many ways and could do more to describe what settings do.
8. what's more, it will get stuck on a loop with whatsapp and plays the notification sound repeatedly until I reset the phone, simply disconnecting doesn't work.
9. If I need to quickly switch my headphones between inputs, this adds an extra step every single time.
10. The app does not open once the crash occurs! Poor phone quality in slightly noisy places, background noise not canceled & is intelligible & distracting to the caller.
11. Sony's app continues to crash when toggling between 1 device to 2 devices paired or vice-versa.
