Why should I report an Issue with SNS?

1. Every time so far I've been able to get on, but obviously not guaranteed for everyone.Installed 2021 App is horrible.. After the most recent update which I was forced to do, the app doesn't even open anymore.

3. Example: I'm listening to a song on Spotify and open the app to sign up for a raffle and then is cuts off Spotify until I exit the app.Loved the new app layout, however the app does not work for me any more, on my Samsung Galaxy S9.

4. Luckily, I was able to enter the raffle for the shoe I wanted, but I also couldn't see any other shoe being raffled off and thats a shame.

5. My issue is that before updating the app didnt crash even though the loading times were slow, however the newest update has rendered the app useless; it's a hit or miss: the app takes a more longer time to load and in more instances crashes.

6. Clearing the cache did nothing, and when I cleared the data, it took back to the login screen (an improvement on crashing after 20 seconds of the loading screen), before crashing when navigating the menus.

7. EDIT: Only way I've been able to enter the app is uninstalling, reinstalling, and logging back in.

9. You can't change password in the app because the app doesn't adapt to the screen size so the buttons are not visible in the captcha.

11. When you try to force through a reset, you're met with a CAPTCHA that displays images, but doesn't display the submit button to actually progress.

1. Fix SNS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SNS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SNS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SNS" » Open SNS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SNS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SNS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SNS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SNS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SNS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SNS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SNS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SNS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SNS not working

2. Fix SNS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SNS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SNS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SNS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
