1. A simple way around this is to download the purchased songs through the Google Play Music desktop browser app, then transfer the downloaded . mp3 file to your Android device. -Pitch shifting- change song pitch up or down 12 semi-tones, with fractional semi-tones allowed. -Time stretching - change audio speed from 33% to 300% of original speed (change BPM of music). -Rate adjustment - change the pitch and tempo of the audio together. -Music looper - seamlessly loop audio sections and practice over and over (AB repeat play). -Reverse music (play backwards).
2. Music Speed Changer allows you to change the speed of audio files on your device in real time without affecting the pitch (time stretch), or change the pitch without changing the speed (pitch shift).
3. Music Speed Changer is great for musicians practicing an instrument needing to slow down the tempo, speeding up audio books for faster listening, making nightcore or just rocking out to your favorite song at 130%.
4. The app is a music looper as well - you can slow down song speed and loop sections of the music for easy practice.
5. Your songs purchased in that app will not be visible in Music Speed Changer (or any other music player).
6. Change the tempo and pitch of your music with Superpowered or SoundTouch processors.
7. Notice for Google Play Music users: Google places DRM on songs purchased through Google Play Music.
8. You can also save the adjusted audio to an M4A audio file for sharing with friends or listening in another player.
9. Alternatively, both speed and pitch may be adjusted together.
10. This version of the app is for people who preferred the old sound and does not contain the latest features and improvements.
11. It will not be updated unless it is broken by future Android versions.
1. Exporting is also a nice touch if you find a perfect bpm for a slow or fast song you like, but most of the time i like to play with the playback rate as songs play, its so simple but its a fun sense of interaction with the music to suddenly go from 115%to81%This app won't win any beauty contests (there isn't a dark setting either) but it allowed me to increase the playback speed (tempo) of downloaded podcasts which can be an enormous time saver if you want to extract information quickly.
2. The speed is displayed as a very precise percentage instead of a decimal which may be unfamiliar for those accustomed to Youtube style playback adjustment (.25x-2x). The pitch adjustment amusingly allows vocal changes ranging from Satan to the Chipmunks.Almost a good app, but it takes a long time to import audio longer than a few hours, so it's usually useless for my purposes.
3. Thank you! Thank you also for making the ads now invasive or annoying.Simple, all i was looking for is an app that can slow music and stretch the audio so that the pitch goes up/down along with being sped up/slowed down, the way god intended for modulated playback rate audio to work(i.e. analog audio mediums).
4. If an EQ feature is present and really everything except for focusing on the player and being essentially a full on Music app (I mostly speed up/slow down songs that I download through MP4 files to convert to MP3, and add them to my SD card and listen to them in the built in music app), this app would be perfect.-This is a very great app, but the only problem is how it exports, you can only export it to an m4a, not letting you choose mp3, wav, etc.
5. I'd love to see maybe another slot to load a song and then a switch (not a slider that's a whole other ball game) so you can keep stuff moving with music without having the folder open when you're on the aux.I downloaded this app because if all the great reviews.
6. But still, this is the app I would highly recommend using! :DPretty good app! Though, I've started to notice after a while (say a week or so) of changing the pitch or speed of a song and saving it, the original would disappear.
7. I wish the percent slider was the default, the sound quality gets crushed with the separate speed and pitch sliders, but it keeps all your settings.
8. Overall, it's great for musicians if you want to learn a song in a different key, or hear a part played slowly.
9. My phone isn't deleting the original; it's kind of as if the newly created song overights the original one after a while.
10. The ads in this version are bearable, unobtrusive banner ads at the bottom of the screen. This is closer to the older version after my phone auto updated my apps for no reason.
11. Sometimes while playing, I find it difficult to pinpoint the slider touch spot because the dot is very small.
