1. I have tried at various times with various methods but have a real hard time learning the code.first functional Koch method app I've found so far!! will teach you letters and let you transcribe in app.

2. I've tried a couple of other apps and websites and they are not as good, mostly they allow you to slow down too much between characters which is doom for effective learning.

3. I'm just starting and settings I recommend changing first are: turning on Farnsworth timing and setting that wpm lower, and using device keyboard instead of the app's really like it!Fantastic app.

4. Only one thing I would ask - please can you add haptic feedback as an option on the keyboard? Sometimes I'm not sure whether my finger missed the key, and by the time I look at the text to check, I've lost my place.

1. Fix Morse Mentor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Morse Mentor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Morse Mentor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Morse Mentor" » Open Morse Mentor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Morse Mentor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Morse Mentor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Morse Mentor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Morse Mentor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Morse Mentor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Morse Mentor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Morse Mentor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Morse Mentor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Morse Mentor not working

2. Fix Morse Mentor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Morse Mentor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Morse Mentor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Morse Mentor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
