1. My heart is breakingFirst Of All Was Not So Sure If The App Is Good Or Not Because Of Its Interface But Really Its Among The Best As It's The Best One You Can Find For Free... Really Loved Your App And Hope To See Some Amazing Interface And Updates In The Later Versions.This app lets you to be able to insert gifs unlike the other social media scheduled posts manager app but one problem is, you don't know how much characters you have used.

2. It may not post automatically to your personal pages but I'm okay with that because it's super easy to push it through on SmartPost when your ready.I'm having trouble logging into my accounts.

3. I schedule posts for my business but it will only post the photo and not the words, probably 25-35% of the time.

4. Today I opened up the app to schedule some posts and it now says Twitter requires premium.I faced some challenges earlier.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SmartPost Issues

1. Fix SmartPost Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SmartPost: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SmartPost App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SmartPost" » Open SmartPost: Plan Schedule Post » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SmartPost » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SmartPost: Plan Schedule Post app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SmartPost servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SmartPost: Plan Schedule Post" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SmartPost app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SmartPost might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SmartPost. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SmartPost then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SmartPost not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SmartPost be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SmartPost not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SmartPost may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
