Why should I report an Issue with Zaky - Crush Radar&Paper Plane?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Im using Samsung Galaxy A12I had a lot of peaple i met because of this app i even got my crush and btw if i uninstalled it and installed it again all of my friends name are gone so i need to find another please fix this vanishing bug..Don't recharge with zaky apps because I lost my diamond 2x.....then I was told that a refund was requested even though it wasn't......just don't recharge with zaky and just report the zaky app....Had so much fan meeting new people through this App.

Also, you wouldn't know if your message is delivered or seen by the other person.the apps is good to make friends online and all, but what's the point of adding a function called 'Show the room i stay' when they can still see the room you are in in Room Category/My Friends, kinda ruins the purpose of itThe mic button doesnt work apparently.

3. So yeah I hope you might check out if there's a bug cause it would be annoying in the long run if people kept on finding their friends in the chat.I like the whole concept of the app but the color scheme and smoothness of the transitions needs a lot of improvement.

4. I never had one chance using that feature since I guess it's not actually working? Another... Sometimes, when I spend coins for a paper plane, for instance, it wasn't thrown away for some reason (bug of app) but then coins were taken from me but cannot use a paper plane or retry the feature.

5. Just that I think it's not functioning well? Like I tried to logout then when I logged back in, all of my friends just went poof! Good thing is they are saved in the chats.

6. Hope to receive more updates soon.. The app is great though.I've met a few good friends in Zaky.

7. I tried this app thinking that it would only be temporary and then leave, but I met the most amazing people there and we became friends in real life.

8. For me it's not working.The app needs a lot of improvement, chatrooms are limited can't even send a picture on the chatroom as well as on personal message.

9. The paper plane, I don't understand how ut works, I can't even find an option to do it like the others.

10. P.S. I did try to date people, but having trust issues is such a problem for me☺️I need my dark mode.

1. Fix Zaky Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zaky: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zaky App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zaky" » Open Zaky - Crush Radar&Paper Plane » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zaky » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zaky - Crush Radar&Paper Plane app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zaky servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zaky - Crush Radar&Paper Plane" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zaky app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zaky might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zaky. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zaky then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zaky not working

2. Fix Zaky Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zaky be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zaky not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zaky may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
