1. This app has made my life so much simpler! I only have to figure out what to post one day a week instead of every day! I just wish the auto-post option didn't glitch as much as it does! Cause it's a pain to get it working right again when it stops!Features don't always work.

2. They haven't fixed the issues & I reinstalled last week.Complete waste of $84!!I have an annual plan and mainly got it for the auto post feature.

3. My Facebook account got disconnected and won't reconnect, it does not allow to auto post videos and carousels; it just sends a post reminder, which is not advertised at all when they're trying to get you to buy it.

4. Customer service was extremely slow and mainly unhelpful on the issue.The app was nice when I had the free version, but after I bought the premium plan, everything just kinda stopped working.

5. Sometimes I can't post pictures after uploading or can't change the caption (shows error message).

6. All I know is I cant auto post, now I cant get my insta back to a business account, and my IG and FB wont talk to each other.

1. Fix Planoly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Planoly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Planoly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Planoly" » Open Planoly: Social Media Planner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Planoly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Planoly: Social Media Planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Planoly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Planoly: Social Media Planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Planoly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Planoly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Planoly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Planoly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Planoly not working

2. Fix Planoly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Planoly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Planoly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Planoly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
