Buffer Customer Insights

1. After a series a posts the app just stops working... I do not recommendBuffer gives the ability to schedule the same posts across multiple platforms while also giving the ability to tailor those posts to fit the style of that platform.

2. I find it amazing how lacking one important feature can take a product down from excellent to mediocre.Did the update and now it's messing up stating "whoops, something went wrong, try again" or it just takes forever to upload a picture and then it says it didn't load it.

3. Overall this is a helpful app, but there could be better and I definitely wouldn't pay for extra options, just yet.I downloaded this app with the intention of scheduling posts to Instagram.

4. However, when it came time for my scheduled posts, they all failed, negating the main reason for using this app.

5. But the free options are better on Buffer for scheduling.Decent product but easy to get overwhelmed with content if you skip a day or two.

6. Had to manually go into almost each platform and post posts that never went out.

7. I love the UI, the abilities and options (I wish there were Ko-Fi but that doesn't affect the rating), however, once or twice weekly something will fail to post.

8. It takes a minute for posts to "buffer" in queue.

9. The account selected a time zone based on my clients' location it seems, and at one point claimed I was in another continent altogether.

10. I don't know what they fixed though because my email to customer service about it got rejected saying that they will only accept emails from their paying subscribers and not the free version users.

11. If you're looking for a program to schedule your posts, this is it.
