Postcron Customer Insights

1. Thanks, have a great dayI downloaded to schedule post for my ig, but you need to get a plan to connect it! Not useful, just wanted to be reminded when some post is ready to post, simple thing but you have to pay, uninstalling and moving for an app that doesn't need to pay for such a basic thing!I’ve used this app for a few years and while there have been a few moments of frustration, they usually get them cleared up pretty quickly.

2. This functionality is the only reason I downloaded the app so I'm giving it one star.DONT USE FREE TRIAL - they will charge you regardless and won't refund even if you cancel on time or ask for a refund after not even using the services for an hour or less.

3. I will continue to use unless something truly major happens, I find value for what they offer fits my needs. This is a great post scheduler... It's the first and only I've used and but will give others a try.

4. When I tried to schedule a post I get an error that selected accounts do not allow multiple images.

5. It bothers me with "time to post on Instagram" after I wasted many hours scheduling posts.

6. That's the drawbackI installed this app as it is supposed to be able to post to Facebook groups with multiple images.

7. Horrible client services, their stuff clearly dont care about anything... πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽI have several issues with the editing text process, it's a little bit annoying and it's hard to edit text once I pasted it, let me know if you are working on that.

8. I looked into purchasing but am hesitant as it advertises $8/mo USD with 2 months free for annual subscription but states in smaller print that I will be charged $99USD.

9. The schedule feature, PREDEFINES A TIME FOR ME! I love that feature! Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut, you have to pay, after so many free posts.

10. Got a notice for Facebook that logging in on an embedded browser was disabled for my safety and to download and log into the app (I'm assuming it was referring to the Facebook app I already have downloaded and am logged into).

11. The entire Postcron system doesn't work as advertised, dropping posts and changing photos or just failing.
