5. I've subscribed to the free trail 5 months ago, usually I put down on my calender a reminder for when the free trial ends so I'll know to cancel it, but small pdf promises and highlights that they will send a reminder email 5 days before any charges.

6. Very irritated!!!!!I urge people not to subscribe for the "free" trail! Looking at posts here, and with my own experience it seems like it's an intentional way of deceiving and getting money out of people without them being aware.

7. Every time I need to switch my annotating tool, I have to save the document and open it again.

8. One more feature i.e. We can change the placement of the pics / pages by just clicking the icon there and placing the pics as per your wish , while in PC, it creates problem while deleting a page or replacing.

1. Fix Smallpdf Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smallpdf: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smallpdf App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smallpdf" » Open Smallpdf: All-In-One PDF App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smallpdf » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smallpdf: All-In-One PDF App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smallpdf servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smallpdf: All-In-One PDF App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smallpdf app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smallpdf might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smallpdf. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smallpdf then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smallpdf not working

2. Fix Smallpdf Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smallpdf be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smallpdf not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smallpdf may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
