Genuinely annoying, but it's only saving grace is that when it crashes repeatedly it at least saves your letter (most of it, maybe not the last few words you wrote) so when you go back into it you can just continue writingI love this app! 8. My only complaints are I wish the avatar could have more to choose from (there was no blonde hair or hair of a lot of diff colors and the skin tones were strange too.) I also wish the app allowed you to add interests/hobbies, for example I wish I could add fencing.

9. I also wish the app had a more specific target age range, for example, instead of it being like 0-5, 5-10, 10-15, 15-20, 20-25, make it like 15-17, or anything like that.

1. Fix Slowly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Slowly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Slowly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Slowly" » Open Slowly: Make New Friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Slowly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Slowly: Make New Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Slowly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Slowly: Make New Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Slowly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Slowly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Slowly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Slowly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Slowly not working

2. Fix Slowly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Slowly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Slowly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Slowly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
