1. I have been having the same issues (first audio quality went, now screen is blank, I get a "Sessions are being restored" notification that seems to do nothing and my pixel tells me that "Sleep Hypno Isn't responding".) This is a shame as I'm a long time user of this app with many in app purchases and Kym's voice is one of the few I can stand.

2. I'd happily go back to older, clear version if I could.After downloading and opening the app I decided to install two extra (pay for) sessions.

3. I have tried using the app multiple times over the last month thinking maybe its the internet but with no sucess.The fail issue has not been resolved.

4. After payment went through both sessions came up as not available! Have tried downloading them again but same message comes up about unavailability.

7. Today all but one session has disappeared! The app asked me to download them again, but each time I try to, the app crashes! Please fix this.Old version was glitchy to get started, but worked eventually.

1. Fix Sleep Hypnosis Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sleep Hypnosis: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sleep Hypnosis App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sleep Hypnosis" » Open Sleep Hypnosis » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sleep Hypnosis » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sleep Hypnosis app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sleep Hypnosis servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sleep Hypnosis" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sleep Hypnosis app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sleep Hypnosis might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sleep Hypnosis. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sleep Hypnosis then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sleep Hypnosis not working

2. Fix Sleep Hypnosis Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sleep Hypnosis be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sleep Hypnosis not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sleep Hypnosis may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
