1. I took off one star because I wish there was a way to save my data so I can print it off or transfer it to email and It doesn't allow for that, unfortunately....Been a great app for being free, easy to use and like how it's set up (easy to navigate around being how not a lot going on with it) also appreciate that there are not a ton of adds at all (in fact I don't know if I have had any) and don't have to watch one every time like other apps or pay/sign up like others as wellNeeds a print/export feature.

2. There are no ads and it never asks you to give it a rating! (that sounds sarcastic but I promise it's not)It works fine I just wish you could actually count the time while driving.

3. It should be pretty simple if you just added a timer in.Can't print?! A printed log is required in my state, but after a year of logging, I'll have to hand write all of this out?! You're kidding, right? PLEASE tell me you're kidding!!!!An awesome app.

1. Fix Driving Log Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Driving Log: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Driving Log App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Driving Log" » Open Driving Log - Student Driving » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Driving Log » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Driving Log - Student Driving app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Driving Log servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Driving Log - Student Driving " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Driving Log app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Driving Log might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Driving Log. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Driving Log then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Driving Log not working

2. Fix Driving Log Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Driving Log be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Driving Log not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Driving Log may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
