1. I wish the app is faster and accepts orders after midnight.Example of failure, after all registeration steps and trials I place an order defining all details adding location and address, guess what ? Nothing happened yet, you will receive a call after 20 min to confirm what you entered on the app and add the address manually then your order is being processed!! What is the app used for then if i'm going to order by call at the end ? The funniest part is that when I gave a call to their short number they couldn't help at all as order is not visibleThe app has received a good update, which finally works.

2. really wish that everything works through the app without anyone calling me.Ordered my order and never received my order after 2 hrs , tried to call their call centre no body picked up moreover they got the money!!!!I would like to express my disappointment with your app or the service itself! its my first time using the app and it will probably be the last time as well.

However I was frustrated by the fact that someone from the call center called me to fill in the address again, and he basically typed the whole order again from his side, similar to if I called the call center, the call lasted over 5 mins, which is exactly why I ordered from the app, I don't want to hang onto a call for 5 mins.

4. It happened to me 5 times, each time I complain, they do nothing to fix it.One of the worst restaurants App, it take full payment with no order placed, and customer services is out of orderI ordered the food 2 hours ago and have yet to receive it .

5. Thank you.Placed order and waited 2 and a half hours before calling the call center, to be told that the order didn't come to the store and they may not be able to deliver the food due to a problem in their system.

6. Also, it shows all stores as closing at 23:59 PM and wont take you to the payment screen placing an order after midnight where other apps do.

7. whenever i order fast food, i never ever cancel it because i don't want to waste other people's time.

8. Will surely never order on this app or from Burger King moving forward, taking my business to the golden arches.

9. however, to my surprise, when i checked the status of my order, it says it was cancelled.

10. In addition to that it says that your order have been delievered but the rider is no where to be seen.
