1. stay away and don't order online or through call center.First order took 2 and half hours to be delivered....AVOID the app at all costs... Hungerstation or jahez or any other app is 1000% better even if it's higher delivery cost...trash delivery timing altazj...never againOne of the worst applications ever.

This app is awful The UI is really broken miserably Interactions with the restaurant is impossible once you order unless you have whatsapp so you have to send the location, though that would be after a long waiting, and the delivery is pretty long soo just order from any other app than this one1st The app has some bugs which reset the registration form.

3. 2nd I ordered as guest account and choose to self pickup, when I reached the branch drive through the order window guy told me online order should be pick up from inside not here.

4. I would give 0 star for this bad bad application.bad interface, developed with poor quality and no testing, they don't deliver on time, and you have to call them again to confirm the order, you cannot update your location through the app,nor update your password.

5. doesn't update on items that are not available and staff will only inform you when you are already at the branch.. seriously disappointed!!!You order and no body deliver.

6. So the drive through guy was clearly lying.Terrible experience, I have created an account the next day I couldn't login I requested to reset password and I got an email asking to click the link but, there isn't any link! I wrote to the app admin but, never heard back from them.
