1. Also, I wish there were more free font and frame choices.OUTSTANDING HECK OF A JOB! I am so glad that I found this app, it is very user friendly: great layout, so simple, and time saving! Not only does this app save me time but also saves me alot of money, which I am all about, instead of having to purchase a tiny pack of film for $10 I can print these out for alot cheaper from arround $1-$3!.

2. One big issue is it doesn't seem to load? When I enter the app it becomes black and it shows that something has gone wrong but it doesn't reload or change anythingI love this app, but it needs extra options for alignment and snapping to know when your image is straight and in the centre of the page.

3. I can personalize my own template, making lots of pictures to look like the real deal!I really do like Nichi better than the other apps I've used, but multiple of the frames just don't work? And it changes all the time.

11. The templates and stickers are really nice and cute! To get the custom templates to be able to save, I had to use the app for a biy, close put of it and leave it alone for about an hour.

1. Fix Nichi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nichi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nichi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nichi" » Open Nichi: Collage & Stories Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nichi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nichi: Collage & Stories Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nichi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nichi: Collage & Stories Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nichi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nichi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nichi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nichi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nichi not working

2. Fix Nichi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nichi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nichi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nichi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
