Even so, this app is my favorite place to go to listen to classical and jazz music.I love being able to listen to fantastic classical and jazz music anytime, anywhere!This app has a lot of useful information, always works, and even allows for reply of past shows.Very much enjoy being able to listen to WRTI whenever I want, wherever I am!!!Excellent app.

3. --- 9/27/20: After I added direct links to the jazz & classical schedules and playlists, no issues: real ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!I enjoy listening to WRTI, and I'm glad for the app which makes it easier to listen when I am not in the Philadelphia area.

4. The app has a count down timer so that I can fall asleep to my favorite jazz music and it also has an alarm clock so that I can wake up to my favorite jazz music.

5. But I get more reliable reception on it than on my stereo, and it lets me listen to my favorite station wherever I am, as long as I have internet connectivity--the subway doesn't make it :-( .

6. Sometimes the app itself has technical difficulties, but I have noticed that the frequency of disruptions has been reduced since the app was released several years ago, so expect that the app will continue to improve.

7. My clock radio just can't pull in the signal, but that's ok, because now my cell phone can.

8. My one complaint is that on my mobile phone it's kind of hard to find my way around the website.

1. Fix Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI" » Open Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI not working

2. Fix Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Classical & Jazz Radio WRTI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
