1. That's just nuts I know there are results in there but they don't showThe concept for this app is great but the database needs to expand to include more products which, I imagine is a difficult ever growing task with so many products in every category on the market.

2. When you put a product type or brand in the search field then select one of the items to look closer or to bookmark/save, you are unable to go back to the search results.

3. 2) In search results, you click into an item to review details, then it takes to back to the top, instead of where you left off! SO frustrating.Love the purpose behind the app and non bias .

4. I wish there was an option to simply check for ingredients within a product if the product has not yet been added to the database and given a score.

5. So, looking for different sunscreens...face, waterproof for beach, everyday...and saving the products I like to a list takes for freaking ever.

6. Being able to take a pic of the ingredients and show some pros and cons for each and maybe alternative ingredients that would make the product score higher would be useful as well.Easy to use.

7. When I find a sunscreen not in the database I want to know which ingredients are the harmful ones to look out for.

8. The barcode scanner does not work, and there is no way to add barcodes to items that are already in the database for others if they scan the item.

9. I love the EWG organization and what it does, and I use the app as best I can to find greener and cleaner products.

10. When I tap out of the details screen, I expect to go back to search results, but I'm taken back to the search screen where I have to start all over again.

1. Fix EWG's Healthy Living Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EWG's Healthy Living: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EWG's Healthy Living App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EWG's Healthy Living" » Open EWG's Healthy Living » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EWG's Healthy Living » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EWG's Healthy Living app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EWG's Healthy Living servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EWG's Healthy Living" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EWG's Healthy Living app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EWG's Healthy Living might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EWG's Healthy Living. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EWG's Healthy Living then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EWG's Healthy Living not working

2. Fix EWG's Healthy Living Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EWG's Healthy Living be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EWG's Healthy Living not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EWG's Healthy Living may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
