1. Maybe one day Skechers will get serious about ecommerce and fix their site and app, earned discounts are worthless when you cant actually place the orders, be quicker for me to drive an hour each way to a Skechers outlet than wait for a tech to fix it so you can place each order.

2. I have not authorized this yet It constantly takes my points by the hundreds.Worst app ever!!!! Good luck trying to add something to your cart/use your rewards because it's not going to happen!! When you try and add something it goes to a blank white screen.

3. Saving a credit card in Skechers plus somehow causes the checkout errors according to the tech who reset my cart so my order would go through.

4. I even chatted with an agent and was basically told to order through thier partner.They messed up my order and then trying to fix it they take away my points I earned.

5. Skechers needs to work on it so it is compatible with Samsung Tablet.I tried to buy some shoes.

6. I have an account on this app, I have rewards so I redeemed them 2 Days ago but when I click on an item it takes me to a blank page.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Skechers Issues

1. Fix Skechers Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Skechers: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Skechers App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Skechers" » Open Skechers » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Skechers » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Skechers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Skechers servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Skechers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Skechers app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Skechers might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Skechers. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Skechers then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Skechers not working


2. Fix Skechers Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Skechers be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Skechers not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
