1. It wouldn't Bth to my phone, but my phone had bthed to it, it didn't recognise that it was connected..The app dousnt work at all.. it crashes before it start to work.. i tried 4 ,phones and still same result.. not working..App crashes before it's even loaded.

2. Does not have place on screen to touch/indicate target, i.e., mY face, no user manual or troubleshooting guide.Cannot connect, crashes all the time and a complete waste of time to download.

3. (To use for skype,discord ect) for more personal uses and private calls.WASTE OF BOTH MONEY AND TIME! Turns on, pivots 360° and then stops.

4. Total waste.not work only on samsung devices, tested on xiaomi and oppo it's workingcrashes before anything can happen.

5. Pretty poor experience.Ok, im a bit shock! I red comments and i wasnt surprised that this won't be working (device for a fiver) against pivo device i also have.

6. This app would be 10x better if you could turn off auto recording and picture taking, (a track only option) But also have the device still track when minimized.

7. But o dont know what phone are people using, but i have Motorola G5g and its working well.

1. Fix I Follow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart I Follow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the I Follow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "I Follow" » Open I Follow » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for I Follow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear I Follow app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from I Follow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "I Follow" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check I Follow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, I Follow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall I Follow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall I Follow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing I Follow not working

2. Fix I Follow Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make I Follow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to I Follow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, I Follow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
