Six Flags Customer Insights

1. Doesn't think I'm at the park even though I'm clearly am! Therefore, I can't order food through mobile because it says I'm not at the park! Also, the old map let you navigate from your location to your desire ride location like you would with a GPS.

2. This was my favorite of all the theme park apps due to its simple and intuitive interface-it now is just as difficult to navigate as the others.WHAT THE HELL.

3. Also you have to wait for the map to reload every time you zoom in/out cause everything is so small, Frustrating! It keeps getting worse.

4. Also the wait times aren't accurate! There are TVs in the park with updated wait times that are pretty accurate.

5. It's hard to see the names of all the rides to plan a route also, when you get directions it doesn't always pick up your location accurately then freezes when you are en route.

6. I wished we could find the ride on the list of rides and then click on something that showed me where it was on the map and be able to take Me there.

7. It was difficult to know when we could trust wait times and walk to a ride.

8. I'm standing in line at guest services currently and can hear the person at the window having the same issue. We loved using this app and were grateful to find coupons through using it.

9. Why would you update the app and delete our stored passes?! I'm a web engineer, so don't tell me it wasn't possible to migrate existing data from the old version of the app to the new version of the app.

10. One ride said 5 minute wait for example and was in actuality close to an hour.

11. WiFi in the park was spotty which didn't help.
