1. Infact i believe the app should be made paid in the app store itself so that i won't be able to download it without paying.Extremely useful... Just one issue (not with the App, but compilation)... Rather than providing a law wise yearly digest for 2022, the said digest has been provided in 12 parts.. perhaps there are law wise 2022 digests for a few laws or quarterly digest for the same, but if I want to see cases for say, Contract law 2022, I will have to figure out which part it is in and then scroll all the way to find it... Don't know where to raise this issue so writing here.. please keep it law wise next time.The app is only loading and the contents aren't even showing.

2. Even when I'm using WiFi, same problem still persists.What is the use of subscription when we cant find relevant judgements ... Just providing law news and charging for that is not fair.. if you are charging for subscription fee then you must develop a search system where we can find judgement by keywords.Not happy.. now a days the app is not working properly.

3. Pls check where fault lies.Up to date information very useful for advocates who were not able to purchase booksNo relevant case law provides...... search engine provides irrelevant judgement.

4. In some cases not allowing to view details ONLY headlines.For last few weeks, this App is taking too much time ,around 3/4 minutes to open on JEO mobile.

5. Quick suggestion, in-app links should open in app and not on the browser.On search it provided old and news cases in SC always.

6. This app, paired with Case Digests on YouTube are sufficient to stay abreast for practicing and non practicing advocates.

7. Not focused on relevant case law just news channel type behaviour.

8. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.Fantastic app for a quick update on legal developments happening everyday.

9. Not that any of the contents load but the fact that i can see beyond the splash screen without paying the fee fills me with disgust that I'm stealing stuff from you lot.

1. Fix Live Law Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Live Law: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Live Law App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Live Law" » Open Live Law » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Live Law » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Live Law app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Live Law servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Live Law" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Live Law app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Live Law might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Live Law. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Live Law then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Live Law not working

2. Fix Live Law Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Live Law be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Live Law not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Live Law may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
