1. When you click on a notification that interests you, it doesn't takes you to the headline you clicked on but instead it takes you to list of all the current articles and you have to search for it (if you can find it) even if you JUST recieved the notification.They started pushing notifications...which is fine but when you click an article in notifications it never takes you to that article, it just takes you to their front page.

2. And half the time I cant even find the article after searching for a bit.Links for stories will lead to different stories instead, if you click on pictures while in an article it redirects you to a seemly random picture from somewhere on the website.

3. Also would be nice if I didn't have to sign in again every few weeks to read the exclusive stories.Even though I am a GR Press print delivery subscriber, AND signed into the mLive app, it won't let me open the Subsciber Exclusive articles.

4. As I read other reviews I see the same issueKeeps closing,then freezes and makes you leave and close down before it will come on again.Nice to have regional news, but I wish I could get rid of the massive photos in the list view.

5. However the stories never seem to change when you want to see a specific region's news.

6. Story photos don't load and headlines link to the wrong stories.

7. The biggest fault is the push notifications don't coincide with the news feed.

8. Or I have tapped on stories and the story before it pulls up.

9. The worst part about this app is that it will literally take 5 minutes for the stories to load at times.

10. Also, when I get a push alert and select it, it doesn't take me to that story.

11. All my Android devices suffer the same problem.1. You can't share articles with their share button.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MLive.com Issues

1. Fix MLive.com Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MLive.com: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MLive.com App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MLive.com" » Open MLive.com » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MLive.com » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MLive.com app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MLive.com servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MLive.com" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MLive.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MLive.com might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MLive.com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MLive.com then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MLive.com not working


2. Fix MLive.com Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MLive.com be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MLive.com not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MLive.com may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I canceled the GR Press almost 3 months ago and the driver keeps leaving the Sunday paper. I have called about this situation and it continues to persist. PLEASE DO DELIVER any more papers
