Why should I report an Issue with Ling - Learn Burmese Language?

1. The usage of both audio sound and written words/sentences make the learning process more effective, and the remarks of Master ming that " I 'm doing a great job"...when i succeed to answer correctly encouraged to learn more.The app does not give any explanation of grammar or how to read an unfamiliar writing system, memorization only.

2. I may come back to edit once I am finished with the course, but at the moment this is what I think.I ' d like to express my appreciation to the "Learn Burmese language with Master Ming" app.

3. This app is good! Granted, it's the only one I've ever found for Burmese, so for that alone it's extremely helpful.

4. Could be organized a bit more logically, and have lessons on grammar as opposed to more "survival" style instruction.

5. As a beginner learner, I found it well- orginized into levels( beginners, introductions).

6. The test and questions after the lesson are very helpful to review the learned knowledge.

7. There are some places it could improve I think, such as teaching the alphabet and writing system.

8. It is pretty helpful but could definitely be improved.

1. Fix Ling Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ling: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ling App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ling" » Open Ling - Learn Burmese Language » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ling » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ling - Learn Burmese Language app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ling servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ling - Learn Burmese Language" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ling app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ling might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ling. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ling then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ling not working

2. Fix Ling Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ling be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ling not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ling may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
