Ling Customer Insights

1. Minor point.Ling is relatively simple and easy to use, but coming from Duolingo I find Ling is lacking explanation or the ability to learn parts of a sentence yourself (more so from Chinese) Fortunately the structure of lessons is quite nice and simple to understand, with the only exception being the conversations at the end which seem to be on content you weren't learning.

2. I love how they used real voices from native speakers thus making learners like me understand better, and it's also relatable as if you're speaking with a real person unlike in other language learning apps where the voices are too robotic and emotionless.

3. If the conversations portion was about what you were just learning they'd make sense, but instead feel like a guessing game. Please fix the subscription issue, I want to subscribe but the prices are messed up for some reason and the plans are not correct.

4. Its an amazing way of learning Bahasa Melayu but the screen always chops off suddenly and It doesn't allow me to see some of the answer choices which makes me fail the exams.

5. Or maybe implement a mode where you can practice vocabulary flashcard.style?Pretty useful for my MTL! I can also check how fluent I am!Loved it! Currently 2 lessons in but I must say that this app is very user-friendly, however I must say I struggled a bit with the quizzes because I was unsure how to answer it.

6. I would like to purchase the app should this issue be resolved so any advice is appreciatedI installed this app just yesterday and was so willing to learn more of malaysian language, So far its good but honestly I'm not that fast a learner and I learn quite slowly, more so than others.

7. Great job, devs! Will definitely keep using this app!I like this app, but it keeps getting stuck on the "words you have learned" page, the arrow button doesn't do anything.

8. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn Bahasa Melayu or if you just need to brush up on your current language skills.

9. Some things I don't like: Grammar explanations could be better - without outside help you'll be lost I would love an option to make reinforcement exercises more difficult - a lot of it is too easy since it still you gives you suggestions for the answers.

10. I also cant get past the screen, all it says is "ling" on the page now and this is the second time this has happened.

11. I've increased my rating to 5 stars!I am experiencing an issue with the sounds not playing to completion.
