1. No, we don't have those, but I provided my PERSONAL Nursing Board Membership Number, they still think it's NOT ENOUGH, and asking for photos of my Passport/ID/Driver's License.. I feel utterly INSULTED.great for healthcare professionals, but some drawbacks: search function whenc searching a colleague name shows messages with that name first,not the contact.Muting more than 1 contact can not be done with multiselection, and is therefore very time intensiveEssentially this is a secure messaging service for doctors.
2. Consider using email or account setup please and thank you.To get verified, I provided my Medical License Number, even I shared the scanned copy of it --> they said it's not good enough, they need to know if there's any link to trace my Medical Registration Number.
3. Experienced some issues with bugs which have since been resolved, and some dissatisfaction around verification process, but overall, happy with app.App was working fine until an update was made and now it won't even open and reboots my phone.
