1. If you are looking for traffic cameras from other cities besides Los Angeles, e.g., Albany, NY or New York City, NY, download the sigalert website.I can go on in 10 seconds, & find out the traffic before I hit it.

2. No need for an app.This sigalert app itself shows traffic cameras in Los Angeles, California only, but does not show traffic cameras for other cities like Albany, NY, or New York City, NY.

3. Looking to switch to something better.this is the only traffic app or website I've found that provides raw speed sensor data and they've been doing it since before smartphones were a glint in Steve jobs's eyes.

4. Google maps &c just give you an approximation calculated from the sensor data when available, and random users when not, it can be wildly inaccurate or misleadingUsed to be an awesome app... as of Sept 1st, 2020 - the app just loads up a browser page to the sigalert website.

5. Uninstalled.Doesn't work! Only for Central and southern Indiana to Louisville, KY road conditions and not elsewhere, doesn't let you zoom out or move the map to other places.

1. Fix Sigalert Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sigalert: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sigalert App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sigalert" » Open Sigalert - Traffic Reports » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sigalert » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sigalert - Traffic Reports app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sigalert servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sigalert - Traffic Reports" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sigalert app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sigalert might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sigalert. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sigalert then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sigalert not working

2. Fix Sigalert Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sigalert be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sigalert not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sigalert may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
