Why should I report an Issue with PowerWash?

1. It has been 2 weeks today and I haven't even received an email saying it's been shipped.

2. I ordered a couple of items from this place and I still haven't received them.

3. The only email I received was the one confirming they charged my credit card.

4. I have called 6 times to the only number they have and finally after on the 6th try I get an answer only to have the employee tell me his computer isn't working and he needed to transfer me.

5. When I was transferred I got the other employees voice mail and no results.

6. I an scared to ask for a refund because I don't think I will get it so I will pray my items get sent to me soon.

1. Fix PowerWash Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PowerWash: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PowerWash App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PowerWash" » Open PowerWash » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PowerWash » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PowerWash app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PowerWash servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PowerWash" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PowerWash app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PowerWash might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PowerWash. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PowerWash then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PowerWash not working

2. Fix PowerWash Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PowerWash be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PowerWash not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PowerWash may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
