When i activate the vpn it doesn't work please fix iti check the fb page and it's says the time freeze I don't know how to fix it i change the dns and i keeps changing the server and payload but still not working i also turn on and off the airplane mode but still,I tried to go in Spotify but it's not working not like before,before i love using the app because i have a free access to my Spotify,but now it's not working also in YouTube its keep saying that im offline pls fix it(sorry for my grammar)Wow so very secure and fast stable data ☺️🥰It's good, but there are times it disconnects.The best Vpn I ever try and decent performance Good job for making this😗😗😗😗😗I just saw this app on tiktok so I try it, it's very easy to use and so fast so good.

1. Fix Shield VPN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shield VPN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shield VPN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shield VPN" » Open Shield VPN » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shield VPN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shield VPN app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shield VPN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shield VPN" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shield VPN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shield VPN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shield VPN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shield VPN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shield VPN not working

2. Fix Shield VPN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shield VPN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shield VPN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shield VPN may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
