1. Seems as if not all apps handle that as well.Easy to use, easy to order, lots of great restaurant choices, and the ability to pay with PayPal makes it super quick to check out.

2. I once ordered from a restaurant with the same name in Cleveland, OH (I had traveled to Ohio but my phone still thought I was in the vicinity - the GPS hadn't switched back) so that was a nightmare getting calls from the wrong place.

3. I entered my entire order without being logged in to my account (acct is not a requirement btw), but even after having to bounce out to reset my password in a browser, I was still able to successfully carry on and finish the order.

4. If the app really only has 4 restaurant subscribers in all of the Rochester NY area, then my rating is too high.Easy to use ordering from a moderate variety of nearby restaurants.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Beyond Menu Issues

1. Fix Beyond Menu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Beyond Menu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Beyond Menu App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Beyond Menu" » Open Beyond Menu - Food Delivery » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beyond Menu » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Beyond Menu - Food Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beyond Menu servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beyond Menu - Food Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Beyond Menu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Beyond Menu might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Beyond Menu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Beyond Menu then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Beyond Menu not working


2. Fix Beyond Menu Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Beyond Menu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Beyond Menu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Beyond Menu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
