I am not able to register in Nusuk, it shows the error “10010016 - incorrect entered data

I am trying to create my user to book the Visit to Roza e Rasul and Riyaz Ul Jannah. But every time it asks for the verification code. When I enter the correct verification code. The app throws the error 10010016 and does not create my user. I tried it multiple times and also cleared the cache as requested by AI agent. But the error still persist. Please help me to resolve this problem as I will be traveling for Umrah Inshaa Allah.

I have tried to login to my existing Nusuk account and my mum account after a long while however I’m encountering some issues. I did not receive the verification code sent to my email despite checking my spam/junk folder. I have tried to resend the otp again to my email but to no avail.

How can I login to my account? I’m approaching near my dates for umrah booking but unable to log in.

I have an issue with Nusuk App… I keep getting - either internal server error or incorrect entered data after I put the code sent on my email. I am applying for Unrah visa from the UAE. Could you kindly share with my how to apply for the visa and if there is any issue with your application at the moment.

My father's Nusuk account is blocked because he attempted to log in several times with wrong OTP.

We tried to update the email and registered new account but failed too.
We did not receive any OTP to the current email so we cannot log in to the nusuk account.

In nusuk app when I login it is showing that incorrect data then to I have entered correct information..
Then after few minutes when I login it is showing your account is suspended conte t to technical support.....
Other thing is we cannot get permit in one phone by clicking new user ???
