I'll stay with Adobe, AcrobatVery poor app for sending in paperwork doesnt work half the time and when you take pictures of the bol's they are very blurryIt doesn't allows me to send my trips,works one time per week,the worst app for truckers.This app, lots of good intentions, useless of I can't get it to work.

2. I'd pay for Transflo if I couldHave to clear cache and uninstall app every time I have to send docs may be an android issue my iPhone e friends say they have no issuesI haven't been able to open this app, keeps closing on me an everything.

Need some assistance please.Bay and bay uses this app and I hate it *You scan trips in and they don't go away so I have 5 trips in there that were scanned in and they still are up there * Your current trip your on doesn't always show up either *Transflow is so much better then this app hands downYou cannot import, export, or proofread .

4. ThanksI've reinstalled it multiple times and doesn't seem to work on my phone.

5. It has an Android issue where it constantly says "No internet present" even tho everything else on my phone works.

1. Fix DocHauler Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DocHauler: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DocHauler App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DocHauler" » Open DocHauler » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DocHauler » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DocHauler app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DocHauler servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DocHauler" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DocHauler app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DocHauler might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DocHauler. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DocHauler then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DocHauler not working

2. Fix DocHauler Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DocHauler be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DocHauler not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DocHauler may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
