1. App is useless.Awesome!! Its been tracking all 25 of our fleet vehiclesAbsolute WORST app! Pointless, unless you're looking to see where something is...thats is.

2. Still have to use the browser to view this.Most importantly, user friendly! company is a part of their Beta program and I cannot say enough about how awesome they are.

3. Samsara has been my favorite so far!! Keep it up team!!Doesn't give the vehicle number unless vehicle is clicked on.

4. Only in used due to federal mandate, which is also BS for the road striping industry! Was forced to give 1 star, but even that's too many!Was working fine, then today it keeps telling me I'm offline and to reload the app when connectivity improves.

5. Only suggestion is make the routes visible on the app for fleet managers to view the driver's route progression.

1. Fix Samsara Fleet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Samsara Fleet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Samsara Fleet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Samsara Fleet" » Open Samsara Fleet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Samsara Fleet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Samsara Fleet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Samsara Fleet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Samsara Fleet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Samsara Fleet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Samsara Fleet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Samsara Fleet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Samsara Fleet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Samsara Fleet not working

2. Fix Samsara Fleet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Samsara Fleet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Samsara Fleet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Samsara Fleet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
