Which I find odd & not sure I believe it cleaned that fast as I'm someone who uses, has to use a ton of different apps, has to use, search, research alot & this is my only device currently to use so Def has alot to be cleaned.Unfortunately of this app i found something the malware i thought you app is good i've installed now than i check it my AI antivirus scanner i've confirm it that your app is a malware what i should I do ? The apps never fully closeWith my current phone (LG V20), I'm blessed with a metric ton of both internal and external storage space, but I still accumulate a bunch of cache and ad junk that slows down my processing speed, and the apps I've tried before weren't really cleaning my cache storage at all.

1. Fix Clean Droid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Clean Droid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Clean Droid App. Here is how:

3. Clear Clean Droid - 1 Tap Clear Cache & Phone Cleaner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Clean Droid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Clean Droid - 1 Tap Clear Cache & Phone Cleaner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Clean Droid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Clean Droid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Clean Droid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Clean Droid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Clean Droid not working

2. Fix Clean Droid Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Clean Droid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Clean Droid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Clean Droid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
