Why should I report an Issue with plug.dj?

1. I love plug and ill keep using this app but it still has a long way to go.Plugdj is especially good on pc, but on mobile you can't just use it in the background because the music plays only when the app is opened.If you go another app it trasnforms into a small window that's just in the way while playing games and stuff.I would really wish to get a similar to spotify way to listen to the music without always having the app open on your screen.The content of the app is really cool though and I I always find new songs that later become one of my favorites.Plug.dj is amazing on a computer, but the Android app is somewhat disappointing.

2. Edit: there's an extension available that enables this feature so I bumped this up a star, but it needs to be an integral part of the app.I love the concept.

3. Also, I can't see the club/dj/avatars in the mobile app? But still, love it! Not a lot of social music sites out there.Has there been any progress made to this app in the past 6 months? There are so many problems that still exist.

4. It needs actual support for background play and the woot grab and meh buttons in the notification tray.

5. For example, lets say you're in a group and spontaneously want to set up a community for everyone to choose the music, you can't... you'll need access to a pc.

6. Using any menu pauses songs, you're forced to keep whatever video is open if you switch apps.

7. The biggest feature this needs is background play.

8. Navigation could use some work (I got stuck in an edit menu and couldn't back out), and the share button does nothing.

9. edit: back to take a star away cause its at a point where itll literally only play one song before I have to restart the app.

10. All in all, a bad app for a good site.Awesome, joined as a member in 2015 and yet today I could go back to it but intead in an appliction.

1. Fix plug.dj Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart plug.dj: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the plug.dj App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "plug.dj" » Open plug.dj » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for plug.dj » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear plug.dj app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from plug.dj servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "plug.dj" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check plug.dj app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, plug.dj might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall plug.dj. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall plug.dj then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing plug.dj not working

2. Fix plug.dj Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make plug.dj be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to plug.dj not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, plug.dj may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
