1. But, suddenly after a day and a half, it just stopped! No matter how much I wait for it to connect, it just doesn't! Please fix this! This was the only vpn that allowed me to use certain features of an app that I usually use.The app works fine on other devices but despite my various attempts and submission of email for tokens nothing happens.

2. Even the email they have in their app to collect suggestions and critsims, is fake and doesn't exist.It was working fine but suddenly after one day its not connecting and it stuck in the main page... asked to submit a ticket via email in which I did but no response afterwards.

1. Fix RostamVPN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RostamVPN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RostamVPN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RostamVPN" » Open RostamVPN: VPN Fast & Secure » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RostamVPN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RostamVPN: VPN Fast & Secure app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RostamVPN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RostamVPN: VPN Fast & Secure" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RostamVPN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RostamVPN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RostamVPN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RostamVPN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RostamVPN not working

2. Fix RostamVPN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RostamVPN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RostamVPN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RostamVPN may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
