1. But I just went in to order groceries tonight and it took twice as long to order because the design has changed, and now I have to click the item before being able to add to my cart, rather than having an "add to cart" option next to each item like it used to.
2. Bad interface, clicking an item adds it to your cart instead of taking you to the item's page, you have to click specifically on the items picture to do that, you cant use your phones back arrow you have to use the X on the app's page.
3. Once your order is placed I'm finding no way (intuitive or not) to actually view the list of items that I ordered.
4. If an item needs to be added after the order is complete you have to phone the store and talk to them to add the item.
5. And... both the app and browser versions save your cumulative order so you can build it on the fly, close and reopen as often as you like before ordering to add more items, and then complete your order.
6. I couldn't click on the red cart button at the bottom of my screen, and I had to rotate my phone to change the view.
7. Your list of items you carry at Maceys is spotty, so I have to search for most items by brand and name, which usually works, but if I don't remember the brand, I am out of luck.
8. I can't even successfully check out anymore (it freezes after you add your phone number so you can't click continue.) If you are logged into your account you can log in on the website and finish there though, which is a relief after an hour of frustrating shopping.
9. When viewing an item it is frustrating you can't use your BACK button to return to the list.
10. My favorites list is gone and there's no way to favorite an item so I can find it easily.
11. It took me 30 minutes to put 10 items in my cart, and then I gave up.
