Why should I report an Issue with Rose - Anonymous Snaps, Messag?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Rose App, Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It didn't work, when clicked on in a story on Snapchat it brought you to a blank white page with three dots, clicked on the dots and it brought up a webpage which said got a warning on it about hackers who might try and steal info etc, then crashed and didn't work even if you tried to bypass it etc everyone else who tried it also said it didn't work.this app would be 20x better if you could change what it says when you post it instead"send love anonymously" you should be able to put anything you choose to type in that area.

2. you cant change your messages and if you try to report someone they rarely do anything about it.Could use some major updates, u should be able to have profiles and change the message to something other than "send love" or whatever.I enjoy it and it's a lovely app, but I'd like the option to edit the question asked.

3. There's no way to send photos or videos on it like it claims.this app is really good and everything the only thing is that i cant change the saying of send me love anonymously and want to change it i have some friends and can change the saying😬nice app.

4. They had an option to send them images and snaps.

1. Fix Rose Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rose: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rose App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rose" » Open Rose - Anonymous Snaps, Messag » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rose » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rose - Anonymous Snaps, Messag app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rose servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rose - Anonymous Snaps, Messag" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rose app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rose might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rose. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rose then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rose not working

2. Fix Rose Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rose be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rose not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rose may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
