1. Speechless.This app has a lot of bugs, but two are particularly annoying: 1) I have a scene that enables a partial zone every night but, sometimes, it just enables the full alarm and when we enter a partial zone it triggers; 2) Yesterday there was a false alarm and I didn't received any notification nor the snapshot from the app, then I tried to check the cameras without success.
2. The first issue and other issues were reported to the customer services a long time ago.All the time I get the "contracts updated" notification on and on even when when I tried switching off notifications.
3. Choose ADT, their software is vastly superior.OK for switching on and off the alarm, and seeing when the alarm was activated, but next to useless for seeing photos of your house.
4. When I call them for any fault in the system then they say again the same thing that ur bill is not paid, then I have to send the paid bill copy again and then they send technician.
5. And above of all the Smart app doesn't works fine.unfortunately, the app doesn't connect properly to Prosegur system at home.
6. I set the alarm and disarm in the morning but the system doesn't response even 30 minutes later.
7. Every month they send the mail saying that the bill is not paid and then I have to send the scanned copy of the paid bill.
8. Even if it works, it doesn't, it lacks basic functionality since you are limited to just one scene.
9. I can not sure whether my alarm is active or not.The app was ok until the June 6 update.
10. Most of the times I coudn't disconnect the alarm or connect it remotely.
11. I called Prosegur customer service they said they are wait for the response from Spain.
