App fails in getting all information from the mp4 file.Example: a mp4 posted as "status" in WhatsApp was accessed(at hidden status system folder /WA).App just shows 10 lines of info including a totally wrongly creation date of mp4.Same mp4 was transferred to PC, opened w/ Irfan View software (which is just a player, not forensics).In properties (softw menu),IrfanV could tell about 35 lines of information,including Android version,phone model,correct date,etc while app does not.

2. Uninstalling nowDownloaded because my current file explorer doesn't tell the resolution of videos, but this app crashed on the very first video loading! not a great start.Only supports MP4, and sometimes it doesn't even read them, it says the format is incorrect.

3. Needs bug fixesDesperately needs to support more file types... until it supports more than just the one file type (mp4), then this app is not worth wasting your time with... way too specific to be of any use to anybody.Perfect for my videos.

4. Didn't open any video, keep crashing, but the ADS WHERE OK.I like this app but my video are .M4V, MKV etc, please, make this app compatible with other video Extensions, God bless🙂I tried opening 15 mp4 videos - all failed.

1. Restart Video Info Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Info Viewer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Info Viewer" » Open Video Info Viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Info Viewer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Info Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Info Viewer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Info Viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
