1. Wouldn't save home/work locations, wouldn't give directions/ connections, wouldn't let me leave feedback.Downloaded and used the app for the first time, I tried searching for the closest Walmart and I tell it to start from my current location and it errors out saying "Failed to get directions (REQUEST_DENIED)One day it just stopped pulling information about routes.

5. I'm in WA states snohomish county.It used to work, both on WiFi and mobile data (AT&T via Straight Talk), LG G4 (H815).

6. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it it just doesn't work anymore if they fix that it is a really great.

7. Suddenly it stopped showing bus information, saying "no routs stopping nearby" .

8. The busses the apps showing doesn't run on that route anymore.

9. It still works just fine at home while connected via WiFi to my home network.

10. Otherwise it's worthless and just takes up storage.Basically nothing worked except the map (which was cool).

1. Fix Roadify Transit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Roadify Transit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Roadify Transit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Roadify Transit" » Open Roadify Transit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Roadify Transit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Roadify Transit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Roadify Transit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Roadify Transit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Roadify Transit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Roadify Transit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Roadify Transit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Roadify Transit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Roadify Transit not working

2. Fix Roadify Transit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Roadify Transit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Roadify Transit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Roadify Transit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
