1. ☮️I have had absolutely no problems with this app! It's like every other app! It has positives and negatives! It saves me money! That's definitely a positive! The negative is that if you choose a coupon and click "ready" or "use" or whatever you push when you're at the register, is if you accidentally hit the home button or anything that makes you leave the coupon screen you lose the coupon! Even if you don't use it!This app is very convenient to have.

2. I miss out on most of my mobile coupons, as it's only good for five minutes but it won't let you redeem it even though your standing in the store, the map feature sucks as it show the stores at the wrong address or location.

3. I'd change back but not til it's back to how it was..I love the easy to navigate options, the quick convenience, on time availability, and the weekly consistence of the coupons that are available from this app.

4. Funnily enough, the preponderance of these crashes occur just as a coupon is being redeemed! Sometimes this results in an endless loop of failed attempts at a discount, but mostly, the mobile discount expires and can never be used at all.

5. Although I will say that it's a little frustrating that most of the time the coupons are only once a week and every now and then will be discounted for two instead of one pack.It has taken a bit of trial and error, but I did use it a couple of days ago.

6. I just end up frustrated.Not sure what the point is in the coupon if the coupon doesn't ever want to be scanned at the register.

7. However the app only allows a five minute time frame to use coupon once selected.

8. Oh yeah, the back feature doesn't work.I really liked and enjoyed the old app from about 2012/2013.. it was alot more fun,super easy to do what you wanted and needed to do.

9. Thanks Camel.I've had better experiences in the past but lately it doesn't know that I'm in the correct store, and then it glitches out and takes away my offer when i never got the chance to use it.

10. I feel like there shouldn't be a time limit to use the coupon as long as it's used.

1. Fix The Oasis Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The Oasis: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The Oasis App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Oasis" » Open The Oasis - Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Oasis » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The Oasis - Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Oasis servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Oasis - Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The Oasis app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Oasis might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The Oasis. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Oasis then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Oasis not working

2. Fix The Oasis Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Oasis be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The Oasis not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The Oasis may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
