1. Not worth the time to download!Soooo easy to get Newport coupons! It does seem to load slow, so I reccomended pulling the coupon up on your phone PRIOR to getting to the check out counter.

2. You'll get one coupon a week I think, saving $1.00 or $1.50 each time.My only problem is that the store locator is off by about a half a mile a lot of times.

3. It doesn't open or glitches once it finally does open which makes it almost impossible to use the coupons unless I want to stand in the store trying to get it to work while everyone's waiting.

4. On top of that, 99% of the time, the app continues to crash or freeze so you can't even get to the freaking coupon code!! Between the error messages and the crash ing/freezing you end up having to close out reload and start all over again.

5. Once you download the coupon you only have 5 minutes to use it or it expires and you don't get another one.The app is easy to use with many features besides just the coupons.

6. I check Google maps to make sure it isn't my phone acting up, but maps always seems to have my location correct.I have come back to delete my old review and leave a new one! I had given it a poor review before, it took like 7 or 8 tries to get it to download and allow me to register.

7. when it finally started working again i only Get like 2 coupons for a month, if that half the time i can't get logged on for periods at a time and lose my coupons during that time.

8. Newport Reds are my brand and I'm as loyal as loyal gets, so when I see I have a coupon available, its like a nice little "thank you." I'm also able to see how much I've saved and trust me, it adds up.

9. There was always a coupon available when I needed one and for the most part I could find a coupon that was in the vicinity to where I was at the time.

10. Standing at the counter, it kept saying "you must be in the store." I stopped & restarted the app, checked my location service, walked out & back in, hit "map it," everything.

11. Highly recommend this app, especially if you wanna save some $$ !!when I first started using the app and the website, i loved it and got at least 1 coupon a week.

1. Fix Np Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Np: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Np App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Np" » Open Np » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Np » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Np app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Np servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Np" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Np app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Np might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Np. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Np then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Np not working

2. Fix Np Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Np be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Np not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Np may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
