1. I reported the bug and was told it was a known issue which is highly frustrating, why push a broken app onto customers?When I add products to my basket, it shows the incorrect size.

2. All items I've just ordered have all been sent in the wrong size because of this fault on the appI have exactly the same problem, " the robot box completely turns grey.

3. " I been on the phone to Samsung twice, and both times the guys have been great, they only thing that helped me actually get into my river island was Settings > apps > choose default then choose chrome instead of samsung Internet, works fine now.

5. I have used it for a long time and don't normally rate apps however RI is easy and great to see different sizes!!Does not allow me to log in since the update as the I'm not a robot box turns fully grey when you Try to tick it.

6. It is now adding the wrong sized items to my basket which is very frustrating when trying to order, as the big and tall items are only available online.

7. The only reason I used the app was for the advertised discount but ended up wasting my time collecting an item in store that was the wrong size.

8. The best part is, when I open the app, guess what, can't sign in.Confusing checkout, can't work out how to apply my discount code.

9. Firstly I completely missed the point where you enter it and had to exit the checkout and start again, once I found it, I can't work out how to actually apply it, there's no add button? So I don't know if the code is no longer valid or there's a problem with the app.

10. I then proceed to go back and add the correct size but then it shows 2 of the same item in the basket.

11. 🙂I love River Island clothes however everytime the app updates it logs me out of my account.

1. Fix River Island Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart River Island: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the River Island App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "River Island" » Open River Island » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for River Island » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear River Island app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from River Island servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "River Island" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check River Island app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, River Island might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall River Island. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall River Island then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing River Island not working

2. Fix River Island Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make River Island be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to River Island not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, River Island may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
