1. I used to love Tenor.The app was working just perfectly and then today on the 11th of May the app keyboard stopped working and closes the app I've tried uninstalling the app also I delete it all the data reinstall the app and it's still shutting down the keyboard is non-operational and I cannot send anything from the appWhat is the deal 2 years ago when I downloaded it.

2. Please fix.With the latest June 23 update to the Android app, you can no longer click on your uploaded GIFs to be able to send them.

3. The worst part is there's no option to create a gif anymore except to record... myself??? What happened to screen record? That was kind of the whole point that I could make my own very specific gifs.

4. I had 0 problems and now every time I trying to send somebody in the whole thing disappears.

5. They also don't let you edit tags to a gift once uploaded, and when you try to re-upload everything gets stuck in "content pending review"This has been a great app for over two years.

6. Trouble logging in, file not appearing in Discord keyboard, files can't be found sometimes when searching in Tenor website.

1. Fix GIF Keyboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GIF Keyboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GIF Keyboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GIF Keyboard" » Open GIF Keyboard by Tenor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GIF Keyboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GIF Keyboard by Tenor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GIF Keyboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GIF Keyboard by Tenor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GIF Keyboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GIF Keyboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GIF Keyboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GIF Keyboard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GIF Keyboard not working

2. Fix GIF Keyboard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GIF Keyboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GIF Keyboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GIF Keyboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
