1. There is a wide assortment of choices.Best Gif app ever! keep up the good work!I have to go with a 5 star bc it helps me get clips for my editsGreat gifs...but not a real keyboardIt's wonderful.

2. It doesn't work! I search for a GIF, I get nothing but blank squares and buffering circles.It's NOT a keyboard! It's just Gifs and not very good ones!! VERY DECEIVING APP!! One STAR BECAUSE THEY DON'T MAKE LESS!!!No way to put these gifs onto anything while typing.

1. Fix GIF Keyboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GIF Keyboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GIF Keyboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GIF Keyboard" » Open GIF Keyboard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GIF Keyboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GIF Keyboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GIF Keyboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GIF Keyboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GIF Keyboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GIF Keyboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GIF Keyboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GIF Keyboard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GIF Keyboard not working

2. Fix GIF Keyboard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GIF Keyboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GIF Keyboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GIF Keyboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
