1. Good to be used only as map.The app is not showing the user location without what you cant know where you arw standing and which makes it difficult to use.Buses are always at least 10 minutes late and the app will randomly stop or glitch or shut offNothing but a map.

2. I've been stuck on crimson line, and when I try to find the grey line, it breaks and works only as a map with no way to search for anything.It would be fine but it doesnt show a livemap of your current location.

3. Can't find any of the features advertised on here.The drivers dont know how to stop at stops and routinely drive past us.

4. Buses are supposed to come every 10 minutes, yet I routinely wait 30-40.

1. Fix JagLine Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart JagLine: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the JagLine App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JagLine" » Open JagLine » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JagLine » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear JagLine app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JagLine servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JagLine" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check JagLine app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JagLine might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall JagLine. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JagLine then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JagLine not working

2. Fix JagLine Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JagLine be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JagLine not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JagLine may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
