Charge Control [ROOT] Customer Insights

1. It's a well designed app though, and the developer is attentive so it will get fixed in time (if possible). So I left the settings to default, my phone is rooted and all and did grant permission it's a Pixel 4XL, but when I woke up expecting 80% phone was at 100%.

2. Thanks for the usedul app! đź‘ŤDoesn't work on Pixel 7 rooted stock February A13 build, but it's a device issue - not the app - because lots of battery limit apps are having issues with the P7.

3. Would upgrade to 5* when fixed.Does this work with SuperSU? Or just Magisk? I can't believe I finally found this app! I use 3 rooted Android phones as Zello intercoms in our house, like we had when I was growing up.

4. There is a problem when I disconnect the charger and disconnect the connection cable, if I want to reconnect the phone to the charger, the phone will not charge and I must enter the software and disable it to activate the charge and this The problem must be solved.

5. Clearly it didn't work I went to status page after unplugging and the app showed weird errors and crashed....Occasionally I will find that my phone has charged to 100%.

6. Then I have to open the app and reset battery stats (I think) and then it works again for a while.Used to do the job very well, but keeps crashing in the BG since the upgrade to android 13.

7. At the top threshold, it doesn't seem to be stopping the charging completely, but instead continues trickle-charging, so the battery level is kept at the set value.

8. But then I discovered this app and wow, problem solved! Thank you for making this great app! FYI My phones are rooted Moto E4s on Android 7 and Moto E5s on Android 8.

9. I could leave my phone plugged in for days with battery running between 50-55%.Almost works well.

10. For the dev: Pixel 6a (and probably pixel 6 and pixel 6 pro) = /sys/devices/platform/google,charger/charge_stop_level enable: 100 Disable: 5The software is very good It really works.

11. Needed to find the Control file though (googled, found XDA Post), I guess it depends on if the "Auto Finder" (for the file) did wrong or right, and probably improves over time, and the more devices they could add.
