1. My experience on this app since switching has left me screenshotting specific clothing items and saving them to a folder on my phone, which defeats one of the main purposes of the app.It wasn't a huge deal that they switched to screenshots instead of likes to get products, but since switching from Apple to Android this app has been more trouble than it's worth.

2. But that's a huge might.Great idea, irritating app! It takes ages to load and the buttons don't work half the time.

3. It's working fine now and I'm enjoying the app very much.My biggest issue right now (admittedly small, but really frustrating) is that since videos have been added they will always auto play and pause any sound my phone is currently playing, even if the video on LTK has no sound.

4. You cannot switch between folks you follow easily and good forbid if you need to find something you saved! If you landed to save which also doesn't work half the time.

5. its constantly "waiting for screenshot" so its a battery killer that doesnt do what it says.The overall idea of the app and its instrucrion is great, but it's only great when you are able to actually able to use the app.

6. If it does work it has to be an instagrammer that is connected to like to know it, its not just any screen shot.

7. I've noticed the more they increased the app's capabilities, the slower and worse it has become.I recently switched from iOS to android and am disappointed that many of the features available on iOS are not available on android.

1. Fix LTK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LTK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LTK App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LTK" » Open LTK » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LTK » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LTK app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LTK servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LTK" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LTK app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LTK might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LTK. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LTK then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LTK not working

2. Fix LTK Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LTK be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LTK not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LTK may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
