Could cut about 30% out of the tops and sweaters and be even better and more concise, I feel as if the main buyer left years ago.Since update the add to bag option is no longer there, only the black bar no word and doesn't work unless you add to you favourites first then add to bag using the black bar (no word).

2. And then once I went to purchase I would have multiples of items I picked prior to going into a different screen.Love the selection.

3. Can favourite items, toggle through photos, read and write reviews, fast checkout, have access to your order history.

4. My attempt is successful about once a year.Great luxury quality, quick delivery, easy return process.

5. Sad to lose the super fast shipping, takes longer now, and because there are a lot of Euro size shoes and have no half sizes, would want to know if the item runs big, small, or true to size.

6. Also, for some reason, when I tap 'place order', it takes me to a blank page which says Error.

7. It would be nice to search by the cut/type of a dress in addition to the length, for example.This is the best company to order from.

8. My money has not be deducted so far but I'm afraid that will happen if I do it several times because service is bad anyway.The app is very slow and keeps crashing for no reason.

9. When other apps redirect to the app, a blank entry is displayed rather than the clothing items that was advertised.

10. Though it's international, there is local customer service but it keeps saying unavailable when I try to call them.

11. It keeps bouncing back to the order summary, and refuses to take any card.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix REVOLVE Issues

1. Fix REVOLVE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart REVOLVE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the REVOLVE App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "REVOLVE" » Open REVOLVE » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for REVOLVE » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear REVOLVE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from REVOLVE servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "REVOLVE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check REVOLVE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, REVOLVE might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall REVOLVE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall REVOLVE then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing REVOLVE not working


2. Fix REVOLVE Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make REVOLVE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to REVOLVE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, REVOLVE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
